Your Kenshi mod list on another PC.
A modded Kenshi run can use dozens of mods that all have to be there. SyncCrate copies the game's mods folder from one PC to another, and after the first time only what changed.

Why moving a modded Kenshi setup is tedious
Kenshi mods change the world itself: new factions, races, items, towns and balance changes. They're turned on and ordered in the game's launcher, and a save played with a set of mods expects those mods to be there when you load it again.
Workshop mods can be subscribed to again. Mods from Nexus or other sites, older versions you kept for a long run, and mods you made in the Forgotten Construction Set sit in the game's mods folder and have to be copied by hand.
SyncCrate syncs the mods folder directly between PCs. It compares every file by content, copies only what's different, and shows you the list before anything changes.

- Turn mods on and off. Disabled mods move to a
_Disabledfolder the game doesn't load. - Game-running warning. SyncCrate warns you before syncing while Kenshi is still open.
- Undo and history. Undo the last sync in one click, and put back any single file a sync replaced or deleted.

Sync Kenshi in three steps
Install and add the game
Install SyncCrate on every PC and add Kenshi in the Game Browser. Its folder is found automatically.
One PC hosts
The PC with the setup everyone should have clicks Start Hosting. The others pick it under Scan for Hosts on the same network, or paste its join code from anywhere.
Compare and sync
Check the list of new, changed and conflicting files, then Sync Now. Only the files that differ are copied, PC to PC.
TipClose Kenshi on the receiving PC before syncing. After syncing, turn the mods on in the launcher's mod list in the same order as on the host.

Big mod lists with patches and compatibility mods are hard to recreate, and forgetting one changes the world.
The whole folder arrives as it is on the host, so the only thing left is turning the mods on in the launcher.
Your own mod on two PCs
If you edit a mod in FCS on both PCs, the copies drift apart.
SyncCrate shows which files changed on both PCs and asks which version to keep, or keeps both.
A mod update you regret
A newer version of a mod doesn't always fit an existing run.
Files a sync replaced stay in File history, and Undo last sync puts the whole sync back.

Good to know
- Steam Workshop mods aren't synced. Steam keeps them outside the game folder, so subscribe to the same Workshop items on the other PC.
- Saves aren't synced. Only the
modsfolder syncs. Load a save on a PC that has the same mods it was played with. - Steam or GOG: SyncCrate finds Steam installs in every library. For a GOG install, point it at the game folder once.

Kenshi questions
Where do Kenshi mods go?
In the mods folder inside the game's install folder, one folder per mod. Workshop mods are loaded from Steam's folder instead.
Does it sync Workshop mods?
No. Steam keeps Workshop mods in its own folder. SyncCrate syncs the mods in the game's mods folder.
Does it copy my load order?
No. The load order is set in the Kenshi launcher on each PC. Match the order the host uses.
Is there multiplayer?
No. Kenshi is single-player. SyncCrate is for giving a friend your mod setup or moving it to your own second PC.
